If you need help with an existing order, or you simply want more information about our birdhouses, send an email to store at wieler dot com. If you require immediate service, you may call our toll-free number at 888-252-3146. However, orders must be placed online, or by sending a check or money order to our shipping address.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are automatically insured and we provide you with a tracking number (via email) once your birdhouse has been shipped.
Modern Birdhouses
For residents of the 48 contiguous United States, shipping is FREE. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is $25 per birdhouse, while shipping to Canada or Mexico is $30 per birdhouse. If you live elsewhere, you can get a shipping quote by sending an email to store at wieler dot com. Please include your mailing address.

Shipping is FREE for residents of the contiguous United States. Other customers should call to get a shipping quote before placing an order.
Online Payments
You can place your order online with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. Your online transactions with us are encrypted and carried out on a secure server.
You also have the option of using PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to use this option. Just email your order to store at wieler dot com and we'll send you a PayPal invoice that you can use to securely place your order online. If you don't have a PayPal account, please include your name, telephone number, and shipping address in your email.
Offline Payments
If you're not comfortable with paying online, or you don't have a credit card, you can send us a personal check or a United States Postal Service money order. Please include your name, telephone number or email address, shipping address, and a list of the birdhouses you'd like to order. Calculate your shipping rates according to the "Shipping and Handling" section above and mail your order to:

Return Policy
We guarantee that our products are of the highest quality. Orders are only shipped after careful inspection. Understandably, damage may occur in the shipping process. If that's the case, we will gladly replace the product within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are not available. Call 888-252-3146 or email store at wieler dot com to make a claim.
Privacy Policy
Under no circumstances will we share your personal information (i.e. name, address, telephone number, and email address) with anyone. Unless you sign up for our mailing list, we will only contact you with information that is directly related to your order (for example, sending you an invoice and tracking number via email).
