Overview
Modern architecture, beautiful surroundings, and urban amenities all come together in Wieler's newest community: Topographic.
Located in the town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Topographic offers an ideal location less than two miles from the UNC Chapel Hill campus and the streets of downtown Chapel Hill. The four-acre site is located on a hilltop and characterized by amazing panoramic views and natural landscapes. The site is adjacent to Merrit's Pasture (a 30 acre park owned by the town of Chapel Hill) and Morgan Creek.
Topographic will be connected to many miles of paved biking and walking trails, the towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro, the nearby community of Southern Village, and the UNC campus. Chapel Hill is a well-known cultural destination, with thriving music and art scenes and all the amenities of a college town. Chapel Hill also boasts one of the best public school districts in the United States, and it's consistently ranked by U.S. News & World Report as having one of the top 50 high schools in the country.
Topographic will also be the first Wieler development to consist exclusively of Wieler homes. We plan to construct a Stitch House, a Rapson Greenbelt, and a brand new Wieler design on three vacant lots. The site will also include a renovated historic home with an adjacent modern studio building. Each lot will be planned to accommodate an accessory building up to 750 ft2 in size, which could be used as an apartment for a UNC student, a studio, a guest house, or another use designated by the owner.
The location, the architecture, the landscape, the walk and bike-ability, and the integration with nature will make Topographic a truly amazing place to live. Pricing details for lot/home packages (along with home specifications and detailed site plans) are coming soon. For more information, contact Nathan Wieler at 919-225-6344 or via email.
