Walking the Lot Lines: Lot 8

We have just cleared all the lot lines to make it easier to see lots and plan homesites.

Tractor Trails at Harvest

Here are some photos of the existing tractor trails at Harvest, our new farm community. Having grown up in the country, I have fond memories of riding bikes along the miles of country roads and tractor trails that connected one farm to another. Harvest's 200+ acres is made up of a patchwork of farm plots connected by tractor trails and pathways. Careful site planning preserves this time-honored way of travel for future hikes down to the Haw River, hay rides, mountain biking, or simply as an excuse to take your tractor out for a spin.

Maryland Greenbelt...Constructing Decks

I just returned from the Greenbelt site in Maryland where we're building the first and second level decks facing the Chesapeake Bay (unbelievable view & fresh air) as well as finishing up the punch list. The feeling inside this house is amazing.

Here's a pic of Andrew's son, Elijah, in the atrium.

Ehrlich house...CO & Move-in! Website updates coming soon.

Well, on Tuesday of this week (July 16, 2007) we received the Certificate of Occupancy for the Ehrlich house and our clients have been moving in for the last several days. I'll be posting some new photos here very soon.

We will also be adding a Featured Projects section to both the Homes section of our website and then the Communities section of our site. These new sections will provide descriptions and images of Wieler homes in New York, Maryland, and North Carolina as well as our varoius land development projects here in North Carolina including White Mountain, Beech Hill, the Farm Project, Henley North in Chapel Hill, and Henley on the Rocky River in Pittsboro.

We'll also be adding a few new Art + Design products to our online store.

It's been a busy 2007 so far.
