Chesapeake Bay Greenbelt (WH#3)

Sunrise photos during the finish construction after the set...

From the first floor - an AMAZING view of the bay...

A neighbor commented that they'd never seen an interior loft area like this in a residential home - they said it was like an observatory. Here's a photo of the interior atrium under construction - this home has exposed HVAC ductwork - this is an option...

Setting the final roof section before dark. The set was completed in one day.

Three modules and walls panels - also gives you a concept of the Greenbelt 1.5 design...

Vanity counters, sinks, faucets, and cabinetry as completed in factory and delivered to site...

View from the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath...

Exterior atrium under construction...

Basement foundation early in the AM before the set...

Prior to the set, our team was simultaneously working on site preparation (excavation & basement installation) while building the modules off-site.

Check out a collage from Maryland that Andrew Gullett took at the site while installing the Superior Wall basement - which will be a finished basement with 10 1/2' ceilings.

Factory photos of the construction of the Greenbelt 2 modules.
